What we look for
We're a direct owner, not a broker or a wholesaler. Nothing gets shopped around.
- Multifamily walk-ups and mixed-use buildings with ground-floor retail.
- Nassau County and New York City. Occasionally elsewhere in the metro area.
- Occupied buildings are fine. So are buildings that need work — we do our own construction.
- Rent-stabilized units are not a dealbreaker; we already operate them.
- Estates, partnership splits, and owners who simply want out of day-to-day management.

- Send the address and whatever numbers you have. A rent roll helps but isn't required to start.
- We review it ourselves and tell you honestly whether it fits.
- If it does, you get a straight answer on price rather than a range designed to get a meeting.
